Script JavaScript for tools, learning and more
Bring the power of JavaScript to your website
A JavaScript information resource for webmasters
First some JavaScript history for you!!!
JavaScript is a hugely popular computer language that is mostly used to
program a web browser in order to display and control the dynamic
features of a website. JavaScript was originally called Mocha when it was
first developed by Brendan Eich while working for Netscape in the early 1990's.
It was later re-named to LiveScript on it's first public beta release within the
Netscape Navigator 2.0 browser back in 1995. This name only lasted a few months as
it was again re-named, this time to JavaScript when it was fully implemented
into the Netscape browser.
Over the years as the internet has become more and more interactive and dynamic,
JavaScript has grown in popularity. It's now become an essential tool for
any webmaster and developer wanting to keep up with the latest website trends.
JavaScript is only limited by the imagination of the person writing the code and
without JavaScript, the internet would be a very different place.
Welcome to Script JavaScript!
Script JavaScript is here to bring you some of the essential JavaScript resources on the web and list them all together in one easy to access place. Hopefully, anything your looking for that's JavaScript related should be easy to find from here.
We aim to list all of the important and significant JavaScript libraries as well as, a useful collection of powerful JavaScript tools to help you to build a superior level of interactivity into your web applications. We also want to help people to learn JavaScript too so we have listed all of the best learning resources we could find. Each educational course we have included in our list has been hand selected by us so you can be sure it's of a professional high standard.
Finally, our Search page is designed to make it easier for you to find even more JavaScript related information. We've added a custom Google search engine that scowls the web and returns results based on 'JavaScript' as it's primary search keyword. We hope to eventually have our very own custom search engine built with a lot more functionalities but that's some time away in the future.
It's important to mention that some of our links to other websites are affiliate links. This allows us to continue building and improving the Script JavaScript website without having to rely on public donations. This fact bares absolutely no relevance on the resources we have included as everything we list is ONLY listed if it's of a high quality standard. We hope you understand.
